Sunny Deol is seen as govt. worker in this movie. He is the collector of small town in UP. He fights against correption. But his main goal was to bring change in society, in injustice, confusion due to inefficient system in the society.  In this sequence, he even losts his wife. Then he want to take revenge. Later he is arrested. In jail he meets his friend and he explains all about him. Later Sunny realises that, his revenge is not on one person, but on whole society. Then he thinks that, change is better than revenge. Later at the end, he wins the challenge. Then he shifts to another city.

Sunny Deol has done the great job as usual. Uravashi has done nice role in her first movie. Prakash raj was upto the mark. All the actors had done their job, but the story was an old one. In bollywood, stories on corruption are coming from last few decades. So the common audience will think on this line. Behalf this everything was ok with this film Singh Saab the Great.
